Covid-19 protocols

Thank you for your continued trust in us as we navigate these difficult times. Here at Sequist Animal Hospital we are functioning as partially curbside in order to minimize the risk of exposure to Covid-19 for both our staff members and clients.

This means that when arriving for an appointment you must call to check in still. After the technician speaks to you on the phone one adult may accompany the pet/s in the hospital.

For supply refills/pick ups we are still requiring 24 hours notice. Once a team member has confirmed your items are ready they will be available for pick up in our front entrance foyer during business hours.

We are still requiring that EVERYONE is fully masked upon entering our building at this time. If you, or anyone in the house with your pet, are experiencing respiratory illness, or have tested positive for Covid-19 we will need to reschedule your pet’s appointment.

We are practicing safe social distancing while interacting and are adamantly cleaning our exam rooms after each pet. Safety is our number one priority during this time.
